Teleconsultation services offer CONSULT service for Headache Patients.

During Teleconsultation, Dr. Chaudhry will spend around an hour reviewing your case, understanding your headache history, detailing key points, and reviewing all your medications. She will then suggest and offer various treatment options, which you can discuss with your primary physician/neurologist that you are currently seeing. Please note the slot will be dedicated entirely to you; we do not overbook patients.

Please note Teleconsultation is a Consult visit only, we will not prescribe medications during this visit. If during Teleconsultation, you determine that you would like Dr. Chaudhry to continue with your Headache management, an in-Person visit will be required and can be set up within 3-14 days.

What are Teleconsultations?

Teleconsultation is an online visit that involves doing a consultation with a Headache Medicine physician. Teleconsultations will be an excellent option for you if you do not want to change your primary neurologist, if you live out of state or if you want a second opinion about your headache management.

Will I be prescribed medications during Teleconsultations?

Teleconsultation is just a consulting service. No medications are prescribed, but you will be given a complete note of your medical management, drugs, and procedures that could be a good fit for your headache care.

If during the consult service, you determine that Healing Headaches/Dr. Chaudhry management will be a good fit for you; she will set up an in-person visit for you to come and see her in person.

What days are teleconsultations available?

Monday and Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Text us at 2149974763 with your date and time slot, and we will contact you.

What is expected of me at Teleconsultation?

Please make sure you are in a quiet area with minimum interruptions. A teleconsultation should be considered similar to in-person visits, and the patient should be appropriately dressed and sitting in a comfortable place. A strong internet connection is required.

Please log in 10 minutes before your appointment. Appointment details and login will be sent to you via email.

What are your teleconsultation charges?

The teleconsultation fees are $175 to be paid before the visit. If a follow-up teleconsultation is required, those are billable at $100 per visit.

Do I need to send my records?

You want Dr. Chaudhry to review your case before the appointment. If you have seen a physician for headache management, we do request you send your records before the appointment. You can fax or email us.

What video platforms will be used for teleconsultations?

We use a HIPAA compliant platform. If you have a connection issue we offer other ways to set up a video visit. *Link will be sent to you post appointment scheduling.
